矿用智能焊接技术及装备研究

Research on intelligent welding technology and equipment for mine

摘要: 针对国内矿用钢筋钢带焊接成型效率低、质量差、劳动强度大、安全系数低的问题,论文以矿用钢筋焊接为对象,研究钢筋的调直、上料焊接和落料智能焊接技术,电阻压焊的焊接质量均匀性采用“两次调直+距离缓冲+速度步进伺服控制”智能控制技术,研究“电阻压力焊+双电源独立串联供电模式”的焊接工艺,研究全自动钢筋钢带焊接技术及装备(包括调制切断机、全自动钢筋钢带焊接机、全自动钢筋钢带焊接机),实现自动钢筋钢带智能焊接的外观规整一致性,满足焊接点的稳定性及焊接抗剪标准满足技术要求,并形成一套完整的矿用钢筋钢带智能焊接生产工艺,为其他矿用钢筋钢带焊接技术的升级应用提供借鉴。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, poor quality, high labor intensity and low safety factor in the welding of steel bar and steel strip in China, this paper studies the technology of straightening, feeding welding and blanking intelligent welding of steel bar. The quality uniformity of resistance pressure welding is "two times straightening + distance buffer + speed step". In the servo control "intelligent control" technology, the welding technology of resistance pressure welding + double power supply independent series power supply mode is studied, and the automatic steel strip welding technology and equipment (including the modulation cutting machine, the fully automatic steel strip welding machine and the fully automatic steel strip welding machine) are studied to realize the intelligent welding of the automatic steel strip. The stability of the welding point and the welding shear standard meet the technical requirements, and a set of intelligent welding technology for steel strip in mine is formed, which can be used for reference for the upgrading and application of other mining steel strip welding technology.
